Being a non-drinker, I’m always on the lookout for new and refreshing ways to enjoy an alcohol free life. I find there’s only so much Coke and 7up a man can drink before becoming bloated. I found this recipe on a UK website called It’s called a Mocktail, and this is what you need to make it:

  • Handful of cherries
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Sparkling natural orange drink, like Club Orange, Fanta or Orangina.

The way you go about making it is quite simple:

  1. Crush a handful of cherries with a fork or in a hand blender.
  2. Crush a handful of raspberries.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve and discard the pips.
  4. Add chilled sparkling natural orange drink.

Easy-peasy, lemon-squeezy!

    V-8 juice with tabasco, worchestershire, lemon, and celery to stir.
