100 Words, 100 Days: Day 15. On Birthdays.

So I’m another year older, that’s a given. But am I wiser because of my experiences over the last 365 days? That’s debatable. Wisdom comes with experience, not necessarily age.

Certainly I’m happier; I feel this to be true. I’m more settled in myself and have a sterling band of supporters, friends and family behind me. This is important. But whether I’ll be wiser this time next year depends on what happens over the next 365 days. The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Speaking of pudding: I’m off out for the day to eat my fill and enjoy life.
